Nevermore Anarchy Garden
Liberate RVA would like to invite you to our monthly freedom gathering at the Nevermore Anarchy Garden! Join us as we collaborate towards a free-market society based on consent.
Exploratory Topic on Agorism presented by Kal Molinet
In a free market you would not have nearly half your income stolen at gunpoint. You would not be 75% poorer because of increasing trade restrictions. You would not be forced to exchange in depreciating currency. You would not be extorted for creating and exchanging something of value. There would be no permits or licenses that discriminates against the poor to compete. There would be no state-protected corporations that enable individuals to escape personal liability for their actions. There would be no minimum wage or work entry age restrictions that discriminate against the youth. In a free and voluntary society you would finally be able to pursue your dreams without being robbed of your productivity, wealth, and happiness that is guaranteed to always occur wherever there is government.
About the Speaker:
An anarcho-capitalist from Richmond, Virginia whose primary passion is engaging in Liberate RVA outreach activism for a free-market society based on consent. Secondary passion includes long moonlit walks to the liquor store while decrying ABC’s monopoly on distilled spirits.
7:00 p.m. — Community Potluck
We’re starting the fun with an omnivorous potluck! So please bring your favorite dish or drink to share (synapses need fuel). This is also a BYOB event.
8:30 p.m. — Exploratory Topic on Agorism
Like sharing food and wine, philosophy is also about sharing our love for wisdom – to ultimately get us to a better place. Let’s pool our brilliant minds together and discuss ways on how to help plant the seeds of freedom in our community.
10:00 p.m. — Devil’s Advocate
Do you have questions about how a free and voluntary society would work in the absence of a state monopoly on roads, law, security, currency, first-class mail, or in the tax-farm of Virginia, distilled spirits? Perhaps you would like to sharpen your argumentation style against the logical fallacies of both left and right wing politics? Then this is definitely the place to be in order to develop and improve your art of rhetoric.
*A caravan ride will be provided from Monroe Park in front of the Cathedral steps on N. Laurel St. at 7:30 p.m.
